Life Update | We Moved!!
It’s been a hot minute since I’ve posted, and that is because WE MOVED! After having our moving date postponed by the military because of the coronavirus, we were finally allowed to pack up and get the heck out of Dodge—er—Minot. We had a stressful move, which I will choose not to relive by writing about it, but are safe and sound in Cheyenne, Wyoming!
We bought a house sight-unseen, thanks to FaceTime and an amazing realtor duo. It has a huge backyard, it has character, and…it’s old. As such, we have quite a bit of renovations ahead of us. Although the thought of renovations in every single room makes Austin cringe, I could not be happier! I’ve always wanted to fix up a house to make it my own, and now is my chance. We’ve already taken down two walls and started updates on seven spaces in the house. No, nothing is completed yet… I blame my innate tendency to procrastinate working on one room by starting renovations in another. Whoops.
